Privacy

Plain-language summary, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review this before launch.

What we store

• Your listing: name, handle, link, tagline, avatar URL, tags.
• Your email, only if you give us one, and only to send your manage link and alerts.
• Bid records: amount, time, status, and a payment reference.
• Click counts per listing per day. Aggregate numbers only.
• A hash of your manage token, never the token itself.

What we don't store

• Card details. We never see them; the gateway handles payment entirely.
• Per-visitor click logs of our own. Our click counts are totals, not per person.
• Any media. We only ever hold a link to it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages get traffic. It sets its own cookies and Google receives your IP address and general activity on this site, under their privacy policy rather than ours.

We restrict what we send them. Page addresses are rewritten before being reported, so Google never receives:

• Your manage link, or any sign-in or payment token.
• What you typed into search. We record only that a search happened.
• Which specific listing you looked at. Every listing page is reported as one anonymous page, so no profile of who you browse is built.

Cookies

One cookie of ours, recording that you confirmed you are 18 or older, kept for 90 days. We set no advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, as described above.

Outbound links

Clicks leave through our redirect so we can count them. We send no referrer to the destination, so the site you land on isn't told where you came from.

Deletion

Ask us via the report form with your manage link and we'll remove your listing and your email. Bid records are kept as financial records where the law requires it. cuntent.lol cannot refund a removed listing.
